We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through www.bwise365.in (the “Website”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays (e.g., natural calamities, logistics disruptions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post, depending on your delivery location and serviceability.
Tracking details are provided via email or SMS once your order is shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 8–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other operational factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹60–₹100 for orders below ₹999 (depending on location).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): May attract an additional handling fee (if enabled).

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly through the link shared or by visiting the courier partner’s website.
If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update their systems.


6. Packaging and Handling

We take utmost care in packing your order using food-safe, tamper-evident, and eco-friendly materials to ensure product freshness and prevent damage during transit.
If you notice any tampering or leakage upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately at bwise365.foods@gmail.com.


7. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
We are working towards enabling international shipping in the near future — please stay tuned for updates.


8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Customer unavailability, or

  • Repeated delivery attempts by courier partner,

—we will attempt to contact you for re-dispatch.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Refunds for returned packages (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


9. Delay in Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, bWise365 is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies or third-party logistics providers,

  • Weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities, or

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.


10. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your order is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Photo/video evidence of the issue.

Our team will review and assist with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
